Pete was very thorough and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure he got me the right parts with the right price, and even upgraded my oil filter with the oil I bought for my car.
Highly recommend this AAP location at 6945 Western Blvd in Jville NC. They tested my battery and Keith replaced it quickly even though the store was consistently busy. It was my first time at this location but I was treated like a valued regular customer. Guys were polite, professional and capable of handling the phone & walk-ins smoothly. Having inventory is important but having great customer service is equally important. Guys knocked it out of the park! Thank You!
Easy to find what I needed & great help
I enjoy coming to this location! Keith was very helpful with helping change out my battery. He also gave me more information on how to take care of my new car battery. Thanks again guys you rock!! I’m not sure if Joe is still there but anytime I come, in everyone is always hands on to support you on what you need! Be blessed!
