I always came to this shop over the years regardless of all the competition around. I asked for help with my battery. The old guy with glassses was COMPLETELY UNFRIENDLY. The dude has literally ZERO customer service skills. I know Advanded Auto doesn’t really care but I’ll NEVER go there again. Dude even said (AFTER REFUSING TO HELP ME) to “come back if I need a battery.” Never. Go to AUTOZONE across the street that actually helped me or O’reillys. AVOID THIS ADVANCED STORE.
My wife’s battery was losing power.. Stopped by this Advance Auto Parts and sought advice and help from the rep whose name is Keith Rosencrants. He helped us pick the appropriate battery and took the time to install it for us! He’s very kind and knowledgeable. He also took the time to look at our other car’s battery posts because there was some corrosion. Again, he took the time to address this issue as well! We are very grateful for such service and kindness! Thank you, Keith!
