My better half car would not start and more warning light than ever. Took the battery out and Keith Rosencrants tested it and it was bad. He sold me a good battery and did not try to up sale me. He was outstanding. Brought the car back in and he checked everything and it was great. The customer service at this Advance is far and above the other Advance Auto in Jacksonville. Thanks guys.
I went in to get a battery for my car and the representative, Jennifer, was kind, respectful, and helpful. Highly recommend
