I have always used auto parts simply because they are cheaper and the customer service is normally nice and helpful seems to want to work at the store. I called another company and they was rude Acted like I bothered by calling. So I chose advanced even tho the pricing was similar.
Probably cause I'm a woman. They were dishonest with me. I was delivering an order for Firestone and the battery was top heavy on the cart so it toppled over. I went back to be honest with them and let them know I had scraped parts of the battery .They brushed it off like" I'm sure it'll be fine." They told me that was the only battery they had. So the guy at Firestone was like "uhm no I can't used this battery," once I immediately told him what had happened. So he calls Advanced Auto and he wanted a new battery. Next thing ... read more
