The worst store in Durham but it's expected. No type of professionalism, culture, or customer service. When you walk in see the "supervisor", using it very loosely, with a stocking cap you already know it will be some BS. How you can't return a product to a different store how did that make sense. Beware and ride a few more blocks to the O'Reilly or good across the street to Auto Zone
Don’t go there Rude Management and no one knows how to do anything and can’t find anything either.
