Encinitas is the best Advance Auto in Southern California. The two young guys working there are cool as hell and I really appreciate their service, professionalism and knowledge.
The lack of accountability from the employees here has always been rough. While I’m sad to lose another auto parts store, I won’t miss this one and their inability to warranty purchases made at other Advance locations.
Got the sensor I needed $160 off this place definitely came in handy.
Dumb customer service. Sold me the wrong part twice. Both cashiers didn't GAF. Disappointing.
Domenick and the team at store 9875 were great. That guy understands that the customer matters, even then the stores are closing down. I went to two other Advance Auto Parts but neither could help me. I made the 30 min drive to this location and glad I did. I hope the best for the staff at this location.
