We always have a great experience at the Bucksport Advance Auto Parts. Travis, who my husband and I jokingly call “The Punisher” because we think he looks like him (and we absolutely mean that as a compliment! ) is awesome. Every time we come in, he’s there to help us figure out exactly what we need. There’s also another gentleman whose name we unfortunately don’t know who has helped us several times and is just as knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was at the Bucksport store and Jim helped me with trying to identify some wheel bearings, seals etc. that didn’t have clear markings and numbers that were hard to cross reference. He spent a considerable amount of time making sure I had what I needed and took the time to actually measure the bearings the seals by hand and took several off the shelf to make sure I had a perfect match! Thank you Advance Auto Parts and especially Adam! What great service! We were stranded in Bucksport and needed a new battery. On our third visit to Advance Auto for tools (we were traveling with two vehicles), Adam kindly agreed to go back to our vehicle with his tools and installed our battery for us. What great above and beyond service.
