For the life of me, I can’t recall the young man’s name who assisted me on Friday. It was September 11th when I visited the store to purchase brake pads, oil, and an oil filter. I had called ahead to inquire about the brake pads when I entered the store. To my surprise, he had already pulled the part and was sitting on the counter, waiting for me. The place is recently under new management. They helped me with windshield wipers. They were knowledgeable and everyone was very helpful.
Only one employee was working, the store was extremely busy, and I had to wait over 30 minutes. Even then, the manager never came back.
Went over to get a battery tested they don’t even know how to use a militia meter . How in the hell can you work at a parts store and don’t know how to use a multi meter ? You don’t belong behind the counter of an auto parts store .
