I already made a complaint to corporate but you need to check your manager Steven/Stephen and make sure he understands that every customer walking in matters. I just left there in disgust and have never experienced such crappy customer service. It was literally like a scene out of a movie where I'm just being ignored and the audience is laughing because it doesn't make any sense.
