Eric V. went ABOVE & BEYOND with customer service all before going on a conference call. I truly appreciate putting the customer first and helping me out. Finding the right product for my vehicle and explaining how the product works, in this case it was refrigerant to get my A/C back up and running. My car's battery light came on while I was driving. I bring it to Advanced Auto, and they tell me my alternator is shot. I have it towed to a mechanic, and he says the alternator is running fine, and I just need a new battery. In his words, "those guys at Advanced Auto don't know what they're talking about". Fast forward a week later, and the battery light is on again. Take it back to Advanced Auto. They tell me once again I need a new alternator, so once again I have it towed, but to a different mechanic who actually fixed ... read more
