They serviced the males in line first and accommodated the women last. Regardless of whomever was there first. Disappointed in the service here. Won't be back.
I took a battery there to be charged. The guy told me it would take about 35 minutes & he would CALL me when it was finished. I waited for that call for an hour. He never called. So I went back to get my battery. He said it was not chargeable. Why couldn't he call, like he said he would & tell me that??? So unprofessional. I probably wouldn't go there again. There is another auto parts store right down the street.
Shan was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
