About a month ago, my boyfriend and I went in to buy a battery and after describing the issue, the lady at the register told us it could be the alternator. She brought her tool out to our car to check but our battery had already died again and then without having even been able to check and make sure, she began insisting that it was the alternator and that we should buy an alternator. I recently visited this auto parts store hoping to get my car battery replaced, but it was a complete disaster. The staff seemed clueless and unhelpful, and they didn't have the right tools or knowledge to replace a simple battery. I wasted my time and left frustrated. Definitely won't be coming back here!
