Staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly! The battery was bad, so I purchased a new one, and the nice young man installed it for me. Not your typical millennial. He was intelligent, and we had a pleasant conversation while he worked on my truck. Even asked about my Military / Veterans Discount. Thank you! Highly recommend!!
I ordered online but didn’t like the product. The customer service rep Celeste was very helpful, accepted the return, and helped me upgrade to the right one. Really appreciated her help.
