Sad to see this location cutting corners and hiring less than average managers. I came in for a return of a perfectly functioning tool, but I noticed I was given a partial refund since indicated on the receipt that reason for return is “Defective Item”. Juan Carlos didn’t explain anything other than proceeding to make me sign a refund receipt with partial amount. Go to AutoZone down the street, at least they attempt to care.
