I’ve been loyal to Advanced Auto Parts but recently moved, so this was my first time going to the Hilliard Rome Rd location. Quinton helped me earlier today. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered my questions and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Thank you Quinton, you are wonderful and I definitely will be back if/when I need anything for my car.

This place is dirty and unprofessional, and the staff generally does not want to do anything other than claim a paycheck, when I walked in the place stunk of food and trash and there was a man who worked there shoving food in his mouth at the front desk, he had food in his beard and was eating so aggressively, he couldn't even ask me if I needed help although I could tell he wanted to, the lady that helped me seemed frazzled and then even more frazzled when I requested do they sell batteries for key phobs, she was very frazz... read more
I just had great customer service! Quenton did a wonderful just b changing out my old battery for a new one. I definitely recommend this location!
