Quinton was awesome. He installed the battery for me and even taught me how to do it! He was so kind and fun. He brightened up my day. I love this Hilliard advanced auto store they have always been good to me.
Went to purchase a windshield wiper. Expensive but it is good quality. Without being asked, a girl working there offered to come out and change it for us. Wished I knew her name so I could thank her.
I will leave two stars only because Dustin did check my battery in the rain. When I walked in the store I was greeted in a pleasant way and asked what I needed. I told Dustin that my car wouldn’t start. My husband had to jump the vehicle prior to my drive to your store. As soon as I told him I needed the battery checked his attitude changed and he was quite rude. He said “It’s raining. I don’t like doing this in the rain.
