Samuel had outstanding customer service .
I just bought a new battery for my car. They told me installation was free, but that turned out not to be true. I have a very basic car, yet they refused to install the battery just because they would need to remove a simple plastic cover. This is unacceptable and very misleading.
I got here at 7:56 snd the doors are locked. Need to change your closing time on your door to 7:56 instead of 8 00. Now i got to drive to autozone for a quart of oil.
I have to give the BIGGEST shoutout to Atif at Advanced Auto Parts , this man is an absolute lifesaver. My car had no oil (yes... ZERO), and because no warning light had ever come on, I had no idea. I originally went to Pep Boys next door for my 9am appointment, thinking I just needed a normal oil change. After 45 minutes on a busy Saturday morning, they came back and basically told me they wouldn't help me because the car had no oil , and offered no guidance on what to do next.
