Clean, well organized, easy to move through. Everything was easy to find. I met the store manager at the front as he was the only one behind the counter at the time. He took the time to ask for my phone number to set up rewards as I already wasn’t part of the membership, and he made the benefits sound like something I would love to sign up for, so I did. I was in the store on Wednesday with my son. There was a girl in the back screaming profanities and yelling, within earshot of my son. Her dog also growled at me, which is abnormal for what I would assume to be a service animal. I don’t understand how professional a company can be when this happens. I will be telling all my friends never to go to this store again. You have a dangerous dog walking loose around the store and management yelling and screaming. I tried to find the GM but he was off. Great staff who know how to assist people like me who know nothing about cars and how they work. The store manager was knowledgeable and knew exactly what parts fit and even showed me how they work.
