Shawn/Sean was amazing, I really needed help late tonight with a new battery and he got me in and out with the change in less than 15 mins…that was amazing 🤩 and I appreciate it…cause my husband told me to You Tube how to change a battery! Haha
STORE POLICY: NO RETURNS on TOOLS or ELECTRONICS (I do understand opened, used, and mishandled items). Surprised when I could not return a 1" deep socket WITH the receipt untouched and not used an hour later. I actually needed a 7/8" deep socket instead. I had to purchase the 7/8" . . . no option (yeah I could have gone somewhere else, but I was not in the mood). Frankly I'll say the young man behind the counter was professional, personable and friendly; what I needed was easy to find and accessible. That is a company policy... read more
