Great staff. Sean was great with installing my car battery.
Memorial day. Girl working there and did not even look up at me to help while on her phone. This place has poor service and company culture. Management must be a disgrace as well. There are too many choices for them to get it wrong. 2 stars. One for being present and the other for not being helpful.

I have been to this store several times and each time I've been helped by different employees and they have always been very nice, professional and very helpful.
Shoutout to Mando at the Wiles Road Advance Auto! 🚗💨 Picked up an online order today and he was super helpful—carried my items to the car and put them on my vehicle and made sure I was set with my warranty info. It’s rare to get such thoughtful service these days. Thanks, Mando!
