Advance Auto Parts is a decent spot if you need to pick something up quickly, but don't expect a great experience. The store is on the smaller side and feels a bit dingy upon walking in. Additionally, the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic or helpful during my visit. It gets the job done if you’re in a rush, but the service and overall environment could definitely use some improvement.
Selling me one part, and giving someone a wrong "not returnable if opened" part is bad enough. But telling me that i have to return to a different in order to is even more insane. Matt and Ray are quite the individuals. I will definitely be calling corporate tomorrow. Terrible experience.
Kyle was very professional and a great help, he took care of us efficiently with our warrantied battery. Definitely recommend this business establishment.
