Stopped in today to purchase wiper blades for my husbands truck. They’re difficult to get off and back on and staff refused to assist when asked because “it’s drizzling rain.” Returned the wiper blades and went to another auto parts store who were more than willing to help change out the blades. This was my first and last experience with this particular Advance. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience is definitely worth sharing. I’ve been coming to this Advance Auto Parts location for a while now, and every visit has been a positive one. The employees are always friendly and willing to help—but this particular experience truly went above and beyond. I stopped by to replace my old car battery.
