Came in right before close and needed assistance with getting my wife’s headlight bulb changed. Pete was very friendly, went above and beyond and had it completed within 10 minutes, we need more Pete’s in the world! Thank you again

Called about a seal and if the part was truly unavailable at the Fort Hood store prior to driving to Temple, because the website said that at Temple it was in stock. The woman who answered the phone huffed and puffed like it was an inconvenience to answer my questions. Had another question but was hung up before I could ask. Will gladly drive to the Temple store just to not be served by someone like that in Killeen. Call was made 3 Aug 2025 9:50am

Had a problem with my car down the street can into Advance Auto parts. I walked in as Ms Vicky welcomed us told her what happened and showed some pictures !! As we talk Bryan came and helped me and we got the battery out! Very nice service even gave me some people to call for the starter
