I purchased a part from the store because I was told I needed it. I used the part only to be told that was not the problem. I was not told I could not return the part even though I was told the store has a no same return policy. Zack and Joe Tayler I'm certain have taken advantage of other older women and offered no resolution. I was told I should've have read the return policy on the window or on the disability counter. I will not shop there again. The part was $600.00. Killeen, TX. 76542

I went to the store on S. Ft. Hood Rd, employee ask me was I looking for another employee (Ocee) I said are you able to help me. He then said he would try,,, I said I had a return. From looking at the bag he ask if it was brakes, I advised yes. He looked at them ask if they had been used. I said no.
