Great service! They helped me out tremendously by replacing my battery even though they weren’t familiar with the battery house in my vehicle.
I came to the Savannah Highway location after another AutoZone store on James Island sent me over for a battery terminal. They explained they didn’t have the part in stock, and that if they swapped the battery there, the corroded terminal would likely break completely with no replacement available. I needed both a new battery and a new battery terminal because the terminal was heavily corroded and rusted through. The experience with the manager, Terrance, was honestly disappointing. Every time I need parts for any '90s Jeeps, I have to travel clear across town to find the parts as the four stores near me don't carry most parts that I need including brakes, bearings, and seals, etc!
