Went to another Advance Parts earlier this morning and the service was terrible. I refused to go back there so I went to this one later the same day. The nicest female employee greeted me when I came in, asked if I needed help, was very nice when I check out and told me to have a nice day when I left. Now this is how employees are supposed to act. The location at 3321 W. Broad is horrible. Go to this one instead.
Store was locked up 10min before closing. Not able to make it to any other location in time.
Mercedes Brown is one of the prettiest most caring respectable workers . I came in so frustrated an stressed out from purchasing the wrong items But Ms. Mercedes got the job done! she help with my battery wiper blades and my radio. Thank you Mercedes!! God bless
