I just called this location 11/27/2024 @ 10:26 AM. The guy (white) answered the phone, I spoke asked how he was doing. He sat in silence for about 10 seconds, then said, "FINE"! I asked about the part I was calling for, we were in silence for 2 minutes I know. He came back with, "Hello." I replied, "I'm here." He said we don't have that part, we will have to order it." On Monday, October 14th, my family was traveling down I-16 towards South Carolina, our water pump went out along the way. All of the auto repair places had closed. Fortunately, there was an Advanced Auto that was about 4.3 miles away. We made it to the Advanced Auto with enough coolant. Both of the associates at Advanced Auto were very helpful. Very neat..cool..inviting..and the female clerk was so sweet and helpful..very organized store...and quaint too..
When no one else cared to take care of me at the Advance Auto store beside the mall, they waned to try to make me look as if I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was talking about even though I showed them proof after proof that I was right.. I went to Amanda at the Prince Street store and she saw my proof, called the store by the mall and made them known of their error and made amends immediately.
