09/24/2026 I had a great experience with Esperanza and Loren at Advantage Auto Sales. They did a complete diagnostic on my battery, alternator, and starter, and they were extremely professional from beginning to end. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. This location has the worst service EVER! The manager is rude, and does not even listen to anything a customer has to say. Went to return and item, and it was not used just had dirt on it. He would not process the return, and said no. I stated it was not used, and he said not his problem and I can go somewhere else to shop if I didn't like it.
