The other day i was at this location and the girl behind the counter with the nose piercings did an EXCELLENT job, from customer service to advice to just a good conversation. There was a long line and she handled it swiftly and professionally-there was a girl with red hair just peering around the corner not being of any help just watching the line pile up but that didn’t stop the front girl from doing a great job! Shout out to her and her efforts will be back!!
I shop here occasionally I am a van lifer. I was minding my own business, not doing anything. A gentleman from advance auto approached my vehicle to tape a stack of notices onto my vehicle. He made eye contact with me as he was doing so. I got up and set off the alarm. He did not flinch. I got in the drivers seat and started the vehicle, that is when he decided to move. I’ve been going to the store for a few years. One of the biggest problems they have is their incompetent employees.. the manager is a complete ass hat, who seems to have zero automotive experience. The rest of the employees have zero automotive experience and don’t even try. Every time I go to the store, I wind up having to go to a different store because the employee doesn’t understand their own computer system or refuses to look for the part and back.
