Showed up 10 minutes till 9 and asked about sun shades for five bucks. Pointed To The the add and got no help what so ever. No cool bro. Ad says 5 bucks they're supposed to be 5 bucks. Not the 32 bucks you charged cause you didn't want to to your job properly.
I would not recommend shopping for anything here I bought a jack from them and it was broken in the package I didn’t even take it out of the box and took it back because I ended up just borrowing one from a friend and they accused me of breaking the jack and said it wouldn’t come in that condition the box was still sealed I didn’t open anything so that just tells me they are selling broken parts and won’t take responsibility for it the cashier argued with me saying I broke it how can I break it if it’s been in a sealed packa... read more
worse experience at a Auto Parts Store in my life.
I purchased this screw extractor set, but it did not work as advertised. When I tried to return it, Advanced Auto Parts refused because they don’t accept returns on this product even though it was ineffective. The employee, Landen, was not helpful and seemed more interested in defending the product than resolving the issue. Very disappointing customer service and return policy.
