Great store, awesome staff. People are complaining about online orders and staff not tracing down an item. I bet those ‘ customers ‘ never shopped at AAP before the announcement of the Stores closing. Online orders have been an issue for months now, due to large online orders. Energize. Then having customers come to the locations and buying items. Thus causing some online orders not having the capability to fulfill the online order. Rather rude staff working here. Not helpful in locating where other stores might carry the parts. Your store is closing because it is underperforming. Don't take it out on customers.
Hours are wrong both online and on the front door. Came at 5:56 and doors are locked- employee turned us away.
