Called this store because I saw a fairly rare part was "in stock" on the website. Kelli answered and although I could tell she was super busy, she was so polite and professional. She verified that it was in stock and put eyes on it so I wouldn't waste an 80min drive one-way. Napa had the part marked "in stock" but canceled my order with no explanation so i guess they mislead people like that regularly. Staff here is trained right. Walked into the store and was looking for a specific part that none of the other stores or locations had. Just my luck! I had such a pleasant experience with Abby, she had been a tremendous help. Found everything that I was looking for, answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Wish all of customer service was like this!
