Needed a new battery installed. Stopped in, Charlie double checked that he could do it, which he could and quickly installed it. He, and his staff, were polite, didn't try to push anything extra and were efficient to switch out the battery. I will definitely recommend this to anyone else needing a battery installed. Much easier than going to a shop, or doing it myself!
**********Simply put....THIS LOCATION ROCKS!********** Got wrong part in error ... didn't know it until the repair shop putting it on noted the hub was 6 lug, not my 5 needed. Its ok mistakes happen. Pathetic experience at this store with 1.Technicians not skilled to replace a battery 2.Charging more on products as Tax, Bought a battery worth 179.99$ and 6% tax would add an additional 10.80$ making the total to 190.79$ However they charged me with 192.11$ showing the tax as 12.12$ Due to unskilled technicians, they have to return my payment however the return amount was correctly refunded to 190.79$ instead of 192.11$ Attached are the screenshots of receipts. They wouldn’t let me use my veterans discount because my order was brought to them by another store. Even though it wasn’t paid for yet
