The is store is a mess. Waited at the counter forever while workers came out from the back to ignore me and disappear again. They have no interest in helping customers all the workers are there to hide in the back and handle anything but customers. Will never shop at an advance store again. It’s pathetic.
This store is an absolute disaster. Stood there for 40 minutes while one counter guy ignored us and never got helped. A bunch of workers walking around worrying about everything but actual customers lined up waiting. All you hear is voices in the back while workers walking around worrying by and stare at you and go right back to the back without helping you. I would be embarrassed to manage this place. What a joke.
Place is a joke. They have one guy working. Doesn’t even greet anyone. Stood there for 30 minutes. Didn’t get helped. Don’t waste your time. They are more concerned with hiding in the back than helping customers. Spent my money at autozone
Twice now I have used there website using the drop down menu to look for parts and both times they listed the wrong part. I took home the first time the air filter went to install wouldn’t fit. So went there and got the correct one. For another vehichle did the same thing gave me the wrong part, though I was smart and looked at the air filter this time and noticed the one I was being handed by the Assosciate was too big. I’m currently looking for one somewhere else.
