I am very disappointed with the return policy. It is not fair that I could not receive my money the same way I purchased the items due to their 45 day policy for returns. Some things you can make good judgment on and decide if the transaction is not legit. The items were not tampered with, unused and still sealed. I believe that I should have been allowed to get my items refunded back the same as they were purchased. The policy needs to add exceptions.
I had an excellent experience at Advance Auto Parts. Brett was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. They answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Outstanding customer service - thank you
Sean Sherlock was very helpful and customer service oriented. He solved my battery issue and made sure to plan for the electrical codes, before removing my old battery
