I've tried calling Advance the last couple of days to get an estimate on the parts I need for a full tune-up, but nobody ever answers the phone. Did this place go out of business?
Checked website for store hours indicating they close at 6pm. Got there 5:45 to find doors locked. Got the attention of three employees only to be told they are closed for the day.
Looked up four parts on the store website. All four said "in stock" Drove 30 minutes to get my parts and the store didn't have a single one!!! Inventory is WRONG.. DON'T waste your time at this store!!! It's a mess anyway.. stuff all over the floors blocking the aisle!
The website and App both do not have a store within 50 miles of 94403(san mateo, ca). the fall of a business is epic. 500 million dollar lose bc of racial inequality... it has to be more than that...
