Advance Auto Parts at 6395 Hiram Douglas has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in the last decade. Their staff seems more focused on proving the customer wrong than resolving issues, making for an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience. I purchased a $300 battery from this location a year ago, which came with a three-year warranty. Over the weekend, my car started emitting a strong rotten egg smell.
