What started off as an extremely irritating experience in the Snellville store ended on a positive note thanks to Kobe in the Lilburn store. Unfortunately, my car broke down in the parking lot of this Advance Auto Parts location. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. After my car wouldn't start, I went back inside the store for help. The cashier (Jasmine) immediately stepped in and began assisting me. Shortly thereafter, the General Manager, Tameria, came outside to help diagnose the problem.
