I want to say thank you to Rich E. At store number 07328 in Kutztown, Pennsylvania for helping me out yesterday. 3/10/2026 with an alternator belt for my BMW and lending me some tools so I could install it right there in the parking lot. Rich was of great service to me and lots of help. I also want to thank advance Auto parts for having the alternator belt in stock as I was able to continue my ride home.

Neither of the sales people told me about the air conditioning coolant special, I had to ask after I left the store and saw the sign outside. That's exactly what I bought. I also bought a windshield wiper and neither of them offered to install it for me, even though there's a great big sign in their window stating they'll install your wipers for you. I was disappointed. Other members of their staff have been very helpful to me in the past.
