I'll start off by saying I agree 100% with Lisa Williams review of this location and her experiences throughout Greensboro. I experienced the same kind of customer service and employees demeanor. Why I'm here leaving a review. I sleep in my van in the parking lot right there up the hill from advance that's why this will be the first of many reviews for Everest store in this complex. I just saw on national news where they are closing numerous stores. I wouldn’t care if they closed all of them in Greensboro! Every one that I have visited the workers are rude, they huddle around chatting & when you ask for help they act as if you’re interrupting them! My last experience I went to Bridford pkwy location to have a battery replaced & the young man that assisted me was acting as if he had some where else to be & was annoyed at me asking him questions about the difference in the batteries, pricing & warranties.... read more
This is a place for lazy people, even if they show their true colors, these guys need to be fired.
