I went in because my battery was dead the clerk told me that even though it was under warranty he couldn't honor it because I had already exchanged the original battery, I think it was a bunch of bullshit, but I needed a battery so I bought a new one...never again!!
Great costumer service. Dante helped us thru our buying process. He knew exactly what we needed and guided us thru what came with and what would still need to purchase to complete our project.
