Sean was the best help he is very knowledgeable and also made sure I was good. I was having a stressful day and he completely understood me and made sure I had everything that I needed before I walked out. I really appreciate it. If he can get a raise, he definitely deserves it.
The price on the merchandise in the aisles never matches the price when you take it up to desk to the check out!! So misleading!! I'll definitely be going to their competitors. Literally the worst auto parts store you can go to
Terrible experience on my last stop in. Customer service has dropped tremendously, will be switching to auto zone.
In all of my 69 years I've never had better customer service than I did from *Logan* yesterday. I was getting jerked around with a "bait & switch" on a battery from the Morse Rd. Pep Boys after I'd drove all the way there from Pickerington. So I went next door to Advanced to get some prices to compare. *Logan* actually took the time to go on the Pep Boys website and showed me that their numbers on the battery I needed for my Jeep Grand Cherokee didn't add up.
