For management - would recommend staff be trained on product offerings. Went in for windshield wipers, so staff found exact fit for my car and brought to the register. Wasn't aware the items were premium and that there were less expensive options available for my car in stock at this location. Did the staff purposely upsell, or just needs to be trained on the full product range?
Honestly in a stressful moment of my car battery dying, krysthian was like the light! He turned our day around and gave us such a smooth service getting our battery replaced. Went the extra mile and cleaned up the spot for us and everything. Walked us through it all and was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and I knew I could trust him from the beginning. I've always had a great experience at this location, but Christian knocked it out of the park on my last visit! Helped me get the right parts I needed, was clearly knowledgeable about the car, and spent time helping me research options. 10/10 def recommend. It's nice knowing that there are still some good people who care about customer service out there.
