I was lied to about my car being fixed. I'm a college student and I need my car to get to class. They had my car for 3 weeks saying that it would be done tomorrow and finally today I just took my car from there even though it still wasn't fixed to take it across town. I do NOT recommend taking your car here unless you want to pay for expensive labor and inconveniences at your expense.
I initially went to this merchant for a car repair...they quoted me a price much higher than the average shop. When I brought it to their attention and questioned the possible error...I was passed off to another tech/manager, who lowered the repair cost substantially. I had another repair and because I'm new to the area, went to this shop again. I purchased my own replacement part and was also told the cost of the repair.
