Shawn was awesome! This is the first time I’ve ever walked into an Advance Auto Part and was greeted! He also made sure I had what I needed and even asked me if I needed help when it took me longer to find my item on the floor. He has great customer service!!
Rude lazy employees and no trash can outside.
Worst customer service ever! Purchased a battery two hours ago from another location found out that my mechanic ordered the battery ready and is working return it to this location because it's closest to my house and they told me that they could not accept the return. I would have to drive back to the location where I bought it, which was about 40 minutes away called the second location closest to my house and they said sure bring it right in.
