Seems like they set the store up for failure because they always have 1 person in the store morning noon and night and the customers look frantic, and the associates look frantic. They need to do a better job at hiring more people to help them out. Either pay your associates more or higher more help. This is. Sad. They seem like good people just over worked they need backing and help.
Bad service over the phone
If I could give a negative star review I would. First off I am a mobile repair technician and I buy parts from Advance Auto Parts because if they go bad I can warranty them any where well at least I thought it.
