I took my vehicle to this place last Thursday I had 2 kids try to install a battery. 2 1/2 hours & 2 batteries later.....I was left with no vehicle & fried alternator and relay/fuse electrical box. I am so upset. I've been without a vehicle for 6 days now. Tried calling them with no reults. Guy on phone didn't even apologize. DO NOT GO THERE! Inexperienced with no knowledge of positive & negative. Seriously?????
Good service was friendly helpful and quick, just the way a retail store should be.
Poor service period
Went in for battery I saw online. At first they said they only had die hard batteries for over 2x price, then when I showed them the online listing they said it wasn't their store, then I showed them it was their store they incorrectly typed in part #, then when I pointed it out and he found it in their database he said it wouldn't fit my car. I had already done the research. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. He says "ill try n find it.... " 10 mins later someone who didn't even look like they worked ... read more
