Poor service period
Went in for battery I saw online. At first they said they only had die hard batteries for over 2x price, then when I showed them the online listing they said it wasn't their store, then I showed them it was their store they incorrectly typed in part #, then when I pointed it out and he found it in their database he said it wouldn't fit my car. The staff a that helped us was amazing til the end
I can't say enough good things about this Advanced Auto Parts store. We ordered a car battery online and went to the store to pick it up. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond by installing the battery for us—in 95-degree weather!
