Ordered some air filters online to pickup. For some reason one of the items from the second order was not ready but everything else was. So I had to come back a second time. Christian helped by scheduling it to arrive to the store the next day. He even called to let me know when it arrived. There seems to be a disconnect between ordering online and when the email says the order will be ready by. So next time I would call the store first to confirm.
Went in the store, look for the exact same model of light bulb, couldnt find it, ask the guy and he showed me, he said that the bulb im holdin is after market, he suggest that i should look for it in amazon if i want the exact same model, he even show the OEM bulb, went for it and he even give me a discount. Extremely friendly staff
Great Experience with all the people there. Very knowledgeable and were a great help. Outstanding service all the way around.
