Brought battery in , got a new one and got stupid Rebate coupons instead of them taking the $20 off for battery replacement, went to use one of the coupons online, order went through and a few days later got an email saying Order Refunded, told to check with local shop!?? I ordered online for home delivery because local shop didn't have them , Makes Absolutely No Sense.. Always willing to sell any part, when it doesn't fit or work won't return it, filter was touched by hand but never installed on vehicle but they consider damaged part.... last time I could ever spend money at any of these locations
Got towed to this Advance Auto and the staff was beyond helpful couldnt have chosen a better Auto Parts store to have to change a wheel bearing in the parking lot at.
I had a brake issue while travelling from the UP back to Howell MI. I pulled into Advance Auto in Grayling concerned about getting back on the road. Scott and Matthew were super helpful. Offering their assistance and tools. The store had my brake caliper and pads in stock. Turned a bad situation into a manageable one. Thanks again Scott, Matthew and Advance Auto Parts
