I was driving home to Florida when I noticed I had a power steering line spring a leak. I pulled into Advance to see if they had the hose that needed replacing. The closest match they had had a different coupling size than what was needed for my truck. They made multiple phone calls to different locations until they found a coupling that would fit my truck. As we walked in this store there were several men interacting. Loudly laughing. One customer and several employees. We wandered through the store. Found the items we were looking for but didn't buy anything. Not once did the employees acknowledge us or ask if we needed assistance.
