Terrible service.
I used to go to the other auto parts stores until I found this gem with a no line no wait experience. Staff is phenomenal! Last night as my car battery died I couldn’t believe they installed it quickly for absolutely free of charge , the employees even refused my tip offer … they even advised me to take advantage of the wiper exchange program and them replaced my wiper blades at no extra cost . I will always shop here
I usually go to dealerships for parts, because I have had terrible experiences at places like this before. The late-night cashier MARIO is 1 of the most professional and knowledgable guys Ive ever came across! Wow! Such a great guy! Informative. Polite. Well spoken, and goes above and beyond to help you find whatever part you're looking for. Totally recommend this place off the experience I had with MARIO!
Advanced Auto on Touhy has great staff. As a senior with cane, staff helped me shop and get material to my car - on busy weekend. OldGearhead
