I usually go to dealerships for parts, because I have had terrible experiences at places like this before. The late-night cashier MARIO is 1 of the most professional and knowledgable guys Ive ever came across! Wow! Such a great guy! Informative. Polite. Well spoken, and goes above and beyond to help you find whatever part you're looking for. Totally recommend this place off the experience I had with MARIO!

Visiting from Appleton, WI for our son’s birthday Cubs game 7/3/25 when the alternator on our car quit in the adjacent hotel parking lot. We could not say enough nice things about Mark K and Advanced on Touhy. They loaned the jumper box to get our car to their lot, the tools to fix and printed instructions for us. He was patient with our inquisitive 11yr old and did all he could to assist.
Went there to get my front plate screws and couldn’t figure out what I needed. Kevin took a look at my car, got me the right tools and even put it on my car for me. Great customer service !
