Helpful but they are closing up soon
Needed a windshield wiper blade that snapped while driving! Nice people and helpful to install!
Went for a battery installation and had to deal with inexperienced personnel. What should had taken 15-20 minutes took 40 and they didn't complete the job. A stranger was kind enough to finish it. Finally and foremost I did not receive a core credit for the old battery they took out. These employees were unassertive and unprofessional and I will not deal with them ever again. They should be better trained by Advance in customer service skills!!!! Adriene Hodge
