Short and terrible!!! The guy behind the counter was on his phone sitting on a chair. He was visibly irritated when he realized he would have to get up to do a search for the part I needed. He also had no clue what it was. Uneducated and rude is exactly how I would rete the employees at Advance Auto in Blacksburg. I won't be going back after using this very same store for most of my adult life.
