After another part store refused to run the computer on my car, I ran down to advanced auto. The employees in there were very helpful. Didn’t act like it was an inconvenience to run the computer on my car. Got me all the parts and tools I needed. It was refreshing to walk in as a female and not be treated as if I was stupid. Good job Advance Auto! This store will be my go to from now on!
These people are so kind and helpful. Every experience I've had with them has been 5 star. I wish they still did the ups drops because that's how I initially was introduced to them.
I purchased an alternator for a customer installed on the vehicle. The customer called me the next morning. Because the alternator was not charging, so I went and tested it. It was only putting out 12 volts. a alternator requires at least 13.7 volts. britney the manger refused to warranty the lifetime alternator because she thinks 12 volts is enough.
