Unfortunately it was necessary to purchace a new battery for my Ram. She was very helpful describing 4 different batteries. Since I am often towing, I did purchase the higher replacement.
Waited in line for 15 minutes, while she helped someone else. Got through with him and motion to me to come forward. I get up there and she's gone. Never bothered to help me with anything

They are always so helpful. I've seen them help install wiper blades and a new car battery at no cost. Alot of them will even throw their code reader to determine why your check engine light is on.
Omg what a great employee , Kailey was so helpful , I went to check my car and check went above and beyond and even checked my old batter , the one on and alternator and starter ,, I will come back looking for her for any auto need , definitely a 10 A++++
