This store is by far the best in Hernando. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Those traits are hard to come by in their competitor stores. The manager of this location should be very proud of their staff. I recommend this location to everyone I know.
If you need auto parts or just some solid advice on your vehicle, this is the place to go. The manager, Mary, went completely above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my car. Mary and her team go above and beyond. I don’t know the first thing about cars, or anything automotive. Car people scare me and always make me feel like I’m overpaying for my ignorance. When I go here, I feel confident that I’m paying the best prices and getting the services I need. It helps having such excellent customer service because it really makes me not hate having to come back. Really whoever hired Mary did a good job because that woman knows her stuff and goes above and beyond.
