Racheal roher or whatever her name was, she was completely disrespectful and incompetent as an employee! I am new to fixing my car, and she made me feel completely dumb! I asked her for a part, and she made me feel incompetent! Does your company expect that? If your employees does not help I will not be going by further! Train your employees to assist customers! Rachel Rachel was so kind. She changed the battery out and helped to clean the terminals. All at the end of work on a holiday weekend and she didn’t kindly and timely.
