I don’t normally do reviews but would give this shop 0 stars if I could. My car battery y died on a Friday night while my wife was out of town with her car and we were supposed to travel the next day. A neighbor jumped my battery so I could get to somewhere to have it replaced. Advanced Auto was the closest (and only) place near us that was open. They were open until 9pm which was a great relief. This is a great location. Very helpful staff who make accurate recomendations with the customer's needs in mind. Special shout out to Rey, who took the time to provide great advice on windshield wiper replacement and also Sean who kindly pointed out my error in trying to change out a headlight bulb. Super people and I 100% recommend.
Very bad customer service. Called first time and was on hold for 10 minutes and no one helped. Called right back and a different person answered right off. Told them I needed a fuel filter and that I had a number for them to cross, put me back on hold for 10 minutes. Gave up…
