Sign is on front of store. Only the Pep Boys sign is on the side and made it confusing if you entered in from the back street side. Had to pull maps out to confirm I was at the right location. Otherwise, my order was ready within 10 minutes of ordering and the store was clean. Good stuff.
I went in on a Monday night to buy headlights. Was sold the wrong product for my car. Went back to exchange it for the size my car needs. The lady working the counter on Tuesday afternoon said "I don't think we carry those". She could not be bothered to verify. Processed my return and we left. O'Reilly's was much more helpful. I highly suggest you go there.
