We went up there this morning knowing that we at least needed new back rotors and brake pads on our truck. Walter took amazing care of us! He looked over the rotors and encouraged us to get front ones as well. Not only was he very friendly but he was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. Also if it had not been for him we would’ve had to make another trip back because one of the front rotors ended up being bent! Yesterday I spoke to Walter at this particular Advance Auto Parts location and he was EXTREMELY helpful!! Our daughter has a 2017 Ford Fusion and it had a flat tire. I have changed tires in the past, but on this particular occasion, I could not get the damn lug nuts off because none of my lug wrenches fit! My 3/4" (19 mm) lug wrench was too small, and my 20mm wouldn't work either! He told me all about the Ford "swollen lug nut" issue and what to do about it.
Walter helped me install my battery after the dealership suggested I get it installed elsewhere. He was kind, quick and efficient! Whole process took about 20 minutes.
