I get that you are closing down. When you have a customer that has purchased a battery under warranty you still need to honor it. Oh they were going to honor it but expected us to do the footwork to call cooperate. You.are closing and don't give an F. That part is obvious. Maybe possibly why you are going out of business. Sucking at your job will do that. It's about character and doing what's right.
I drove all the way here from Hemet And they're only letting 2 people in at a time. They must think you're a criminal. I would never shop here never. Now I see why they're Going Out of business. Advanced auto parts Treat their customers like Criminal.
Use to love when pep boys. Now same stuff as oreillys and autozone. Swear they mostly sell exact same stuff. Spray cleaners (chemical) way overpriced, water pump I bought leaked after install, had to drive 1hr for another and that store cancelled my online order but luckily still had in stock, but it was returned by someone else. Had Knicks all over mounting surface. They placed back in stock like I didn't want the damaged one. Carquest parts should be better. Ugh.
